The East Gate Swim and Tennis Club has been closed to the public for over four years, so we decided to take a thorough look at this facility and found a way to maximize its potential and bring more value to you. We are going to upgrade it from the ground up.

Phase 1: Activation
May 28th, 2022 - Sep 15th 2022
Rebuilding and permitting is a lengthy process. While good things are worth the wait, we made sure that the community had access to some of the amenities while the season was in full bloom.
Upon the completion of phase 1, the following are now available:

Phase 2: Elevation

While Phase 1 was in motion, we began the permitting process with various enhancements to the grounds. The goal is to transform what used to be basic into the Montgomery County leisure darling. Here’s our to do list:

Phase 3: Weatherization
May 28th, 2023 - Sep 15th 2026
During the master plan permitting process, we will request to weatherize the tennis courts and the pool area. These community benefits will facilitate the approval process. The facility location is ideal for an indoor option, as the tree line and sunken ground protect the view.
