Let's Host a
At The Beach Tennis and Pool at Eastgate, you can host your own pool party for adults and kids 7 years and above. Since we don’t require a membership to enjoy the pool, you now have access to your own pool for parties.
Our package includes pool passes for all guests for the day, a private party area reserved for 2-hours that includes both covered and grassy areas, and the ability to bring in your own food, drinks, and decorations.
Whether it's a swim birthday party for kids, an end-of-season team party, a festive fundraising event, or any other type of child or adult gathering, we are ready to help you plan a fun day at the pool, ensuring a safe, enjoyable celebration for all.

Swim Party Safety
The pool is staffed with trained lifeguards who will ensure and enforce pool and water safety for all guests. We ask for your cooperation to ensure there are the required number of adults per child in the party:

A party for kids 7-12 years old requires one adult for every 4 kids.

Parties for kids 12-18 requires one adult for every 8 kids.
Under no circumstances can parents drop off children to a party that do not know how to swim independently.

What's Included?
For kids parties 7-18 years of age: Entrance for up to 20 guests (Supervising adults and children.) A party for kids 7-12 years old requires one adult for every 4 kids. Parties for kids 12-18 requires one adult for every 8 kids. Any guest that is not able to swim independently will be required to have a guardian at arms reach at all times.
For adult parties: Entrance for up to 10 guests.
On the day of the party, guests can enjoy the pool throughout the day, between 1:00 pm -8:00 pm. If you would like to invite more guests, an additional charge of $25 per person ($20 if you are a Loyalty Club member) will apply.
A private reserved space for 2 hours that includes a covered area as well as a grassy area with tables and chairs. We gladly invite you to bring your own decorations, food, and non-alcoholic drinks (no glass) for your event. It is your responsibility to fully clean your space (we will provide trash containers and trash bags). Parties that do not clean up after themselves will incur an additional $100 cleaning fee.

If you or your kiddo isn’t ready for a swim party yet, swim classes are a great way to improve their comfort around water. In addition to our popular swim parties, The Beach Tennis and Pool at East Gate also provides private swim classes.
We believe that swimming is a life skill, and swim lessons empower kids to make memories with friends and family in and around the water.

Pool Party Policies

Requests are considered on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Completion of this form is a request only. Once your request form is received, you will be contacted by a member of The Beach staff to discuss availability of your request date and further steps.

Requests are reviewed on a weekly basis; please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

The use of the reserved space is for 2 hrs. However, the guests can enjoy the pool throughout the party day from 1:00 pm-8:00pm.

Pool Party rentals will not be considered final until request is approved, rental agreement is signed and full payment is collected.

Rentals fees are due in full at time of booking.

Alcohol is not permitted for any pool parties.

Renters are allowed to bring in food as long as it stays within the reserved party area. Gum, alcohol, and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area. Drinks in sealable, spill proof containers are permitted.

Cleaning after the event is obligatory. This includes: removing decorations, throwing away the trash and leaving the space in good condition. Failure to do so will result in the host being charged an additional $100 in cleaning fees.

Use of personal decorations is permitted. Guests may access the space 15-30 minutes prior to the start of the party. Confetti, glitter, and other small decorations that cannot be easily cleaned are forbidden.

Thumb tacks are NOT allowed. Decorations may be hung with blue painters’ tape or command hooks only.

All guests of the party are expected to follow all facility and pool rules. Rental applicant is responsible for conduct of guests and condition of the space. Any guest who refuses to comply will be removed from the facility and any damage costs will be billed to the Renter.

Please do not enter the tennis courts.

Changing clothes on deck is prohibited. We have male and female locker rooms available.

Acceptable personal pool equipment includes noodles, kickboards, beach balls, dive sticks, other soft balls, and infant inflatables with a seat in the bottom; however use of all items is up to the discretion of the lifeguard.

Flotation devices (excluding lifejackets) are not allowed in any area where the user cannot touch the bottom of the pool.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are rain or shine. The Beach Club does not offer refunds. Bookings cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the event will receive club credits for future use.
NO CLUB CREDITS FOR CANCELLATIONS LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE START OF EVENT.
