Dear Eastgate Community,
The Tennis Central team is excited to announce the reopening of the Eastgate Swim and Tennis Club in your neighborhood under the new name The Beach Tennis and Pool at Eastgate. We will have a soft opening of the pool and renovated tennis courts for Memorial Day weekend on June 4th and we would love to welcome you in person!
We have been hard at work getting this little gem back in order. In the short term, we have focused on landscaping the jungle, a complete tennis court overhaul, painting, pool maintenance, and operations, but this is just the beginning. We are committed to bringing many more upgrades to this unique space that will benefit your property values and neighborhood amenities.
The biggest news we want to share is that there is no membership or initiation fee to join! In fact, we are offering Day Passes, Weekly Passes and Seasonal Passes to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy the pool around your own summer schedule. Our focus is to rebuild the trust with the community and earn back your recreation time. We know how precious your free time is and we want to take away any frictions and create an environment that will bring joy, excitement, fun, and lasting memories.
The pool will operate from 1-8pm daily starting on June 13th. We will not have a swim team but we will have private and semi-private swim lessons available.
On the tennis side, we are excited to really ramp it up with the premier instruction and programming that we are known for. This first season, our Smash and Splash camp will target kids that play intermediate and above for intense academy-style practice. We also have incredible coaches ready to teach private lessons and private groups for kids and adults from the community.
We would like to invite you to see this relaunch as a joint effort to revamp a club that has historically struggled in your community. Together with your support, we hope to change the narrative and make this a sustainable and thriving community hub that reimagines year-round recreation.
